Personal data is retained within secure electronic environments. If paper records are required, they are retained within our secure office environment. Personal data can only be accessed by authorised persons in ISO QA (Isle of Man) Limited.

The only personal data which would be shared with other parties is that which is contained within internal audit reports. Certification bodies are required to review the internal audits conducted by ISO QA (Isle of Man) Limited. The certification body auditors sign non-disclosure agreements and will not share the personal data they review.
If personal data needs to be shared with other parties, it will be discussed with our customer first, with approval from them before sharing (including approval of the process to share the personal data).
